Upon booking, 50% of the total stay cost will be immediately due to hold your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances arise forcing travel plan changes. The Envision aims to make canceling straightforward for our guests.
Reservations can be canceled or modified directly online up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations or changes made at least 7 days before arrival will not incur a charge.
For cancellations/modifications within 7 days of arrival, the 50% deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
No refunds are provided for early departures or cancellations made within 24 hours prior to your scheduled hotel arrival.
We aim to be as flexible as possible while covering costs the hotel may incur from last minute cancellations. Please reach out to us with any questions or extenuating circumstances regarding the cancellation policy.
