“Chasing Cars” is a popular song by the Irish-Scottish alternative rock band Snow Patrol. It was released as the second single from their fourth studio album, “Eyes Open,” in 2006. Written by Gary Lightbody, the lead vocalist of Snow Patrol, the song became one of the band’s biggest hits and has since achieved significant recognition worldwide.
